Less Than 7 Days Before Travel
- No refund will be applicable.
- 100% cancellation charges.
No Show / Early Departure
- No refund in case the traveler does not show up or leaves the tour early.
Trip Cancellation Due to Weather / Road Closures
- If the tour is cancelled due to natural calamities (landslide, snowstorm, heavy rain),
  Trek My Trip will reschedule the tour on the next available date.
- Refunds for external activities (paragliding, rafting, skiing) depend on the respective service provider.
